Product features
Brand image and value
Product cost
value for the product
future of products etc.,

Pull products are mostly monopoly in market and there is a high demand and low supply and penetration.

Opening : Hello, heard that you have a requirement for x, im Jude from Redington, i m here to check if i can give a proper solution to your need.if we say that i have a solution they may contradict saying this is not what I want.
All requirement should have a need and we should create an excitement around what product we are gonna say. this will create some interest in the customer who will listen.

understand the requirement: This is most important part as we need to give a proper solution to them, if there is a requirement for Oil without knowing we can or may suggest water which is also liquid. basic questions are given below

What is the core business of the company?
How long they are there in the business
how many employees? what is the expansion plan
where all location can do they have office, where is the corporate office.
who will make the decisions of purchase.

Now ask abt the product:
what is the current solution -
how is the organization split the quality of solution- Best , Good, must reqd.
why they are looking for alternate
what are the pain points currently,
how quickly they want to solve these problems


Probing: your probing should be based on the product you have and you should ask question in such a way that he will understand your product.
1. Does your current product have a world class technology
2. does it have inbuilt antivirus/spam
3. can you connect with multiple other products like unified comm, doc sharing.
4.what is the OS they are using, what is the version of Ms-Office they have now.
5. when are they likely to change it and how critical is the update.

Relating the requirement and need

THis part the customer MUST say Yes to your questions

1.Do they want to secure their sensitive documents
2.Do they want to monitor the mails of their employees
3.Do they want to minimise the same document being sent again and again
4. DTW  latest update always
5. DTW to communicate without any least cost with employees and secured with clients

How our product Exchange will help for them, Show product demo on lync, auto syncing from mobile, computer etc.,
Give a solution with your probing details noted, current solutions

emotional part
Every customer has a emotional part esp, talking like not to compromise of quality, we should identify it and use it to our advantage.it can be anything but genuinely empathise with them about something.

Nice office, nice coffee, nice environment, prime location,good furtniture. Growing trend about the biz the do. mebbe you can ease with them on common topic.
 this is just to make them comfortable that we arent pushing hard on the product.


Closure: this is where you should be very strong headed asking him question why when there is criticality, need and proper solution available. but mostly if we give the correct solution relating to their need, the customer will automatically close it without any push.

Changing minds

There was one time when a friend of mine asked about my ambitions in life, when i said i would want to be a Vice President of a Big corporate. The matter got lost in due course of our discussion and after some hours when we were surrounded by people he asked the same again "what is my ambition" i said something different from what i had told back. Now he said that how we tend to differ in our thought process and change according to different situations, it shows how we are not focussed on many things we matter the most to achieve our goals.

When we have a Ambition it means that our heart, soul, mind everything should unite together to get the focus on it. one focus at a time there is no second thought, should nt bother about failures and stumbling blocks ahead of us. Just the focus alone will get us success.

What if we keep changing our focus all the time according to different situations, then the focus on the success is lost in all the thoughts that we have. Dont worry about all the failures we are going to face, failures will help us to learn things the way we shouldnt be doing. Even if we totally fail in all the attempt and plan to drop the whole of the idea then the failures will show us the next best focus to succeed and this time the effort will be much lesser than the earlier one.

What do you think of Money?

I always think what do i think of money?,

A piece of paper of which doesnt have any emotions.. ? may be true..

no matter how much money you have, as long as it is given to others for something it doesnt have any value.

i want to quote something here, i ve been to college with jus 0.25 p on my pocket, not sure if my train would stop somewhere and i would need to find an alternate to reach my destination.

even after my P.G too, ive roamed around places without any significant money on hand, i would feel very bad for that. its when i thought "anyway i m going to get a job and i ll earn money to survive", so let me enjoy something which i cant do ever after that..., thats very true, you should enjoy without having any money too, only then we can understand the need and value of money..

i always tell my people money doesnt have anything to do with relation.

i dont say that you dont need money at all, thats foolishness, because if not for us for our dependants we need it, but let not your thought of money block your eyes completely that you lose a better relation.

everyone know how many people spend sleepness nights thinking wat to do with money and to safeguard them, anyone can cheat, you can lose it, some may even kill you to take it away.

Its better to get something money cant get, that is good relation with good people. its more important. I read in bible that "Give money that you have and earn what money cant get you".

Am i sounding wrong? Not for me...

She is Beautiful, i dont deny it, but she is not the only one to be Beautiful.

the gift of God is Beauty, there is nothing to be so proud of that, its fortunate that you have gone to that better level, how many are better than you havent got the chance that you did.

there is nothing to be so proud, i could see from your eyes say" ha see how beautiful i am", my foot...,

always think polite and humble. what else can a person can do, its not anyone's fault not to have born beautiful.

the other person i hate is Hemamalini she again is the same so proud as if she the queen on the earth. Next time you see her eyes, you wud hate her most than i am..:)

what Big achievement have you done, you are beautiful not because of your hard work, atleast understand you dumb.

Anger

Hey why are you angry?,

fault at others? it may be anything cheated, indiscipline, lazy, x, y ,z etc.,

Oh come on how perfect are we to Judge others, how many times we have done wrong and expect to be pardoned and let off..

you think you are perfect in our work, thats good , but u cant expect the same as others,

you cant judge anyone because with one point of view, there may be alot of reason(Genuine reasons) to be considered.

i never say not be angry, its nature to get angry, but when we get wild our brain fails to work and it sees only the negatives. my concern is let you not regret for your wild act, so let you brain work.

a few suggestions is to make others understand the need for you to get angry, if it prolongs, withdraw them, have your recommendations clear.

Emotions

I feel always you should have your emotions on your sleeves,

should not let your emotions affect anyone, there may be times when you will bursting out,but you cant affect your emotions affect at your cost.
its unfair to show our anger to someone who doesnt require it, at times we tend to be angry to our near ones esp family because something worse has happened at our work place, what is the necessary?

what wrong have our near ones done, lets have our emotions burst at somewhere alone, go to your den- relax and go home. our family requires our love and care not our anger at someone's fault.

afterall we spend only a few hours with them speaking, so lets not waste creating a worse time for all.

Hey, you wud work for me, free of charge.

i will give u a star, a sea, a moon, a sun and a planet, but can u help me in this free of charge.

i m doing this for a Noble cause, i want to create a model to everyone.

this guy keeps asking me, its not that i believed him but i felt he may be of good intention,

he wont shell a penny from his pocket unnecessarily, he wud ask your help all the time,

when u work bcos you dont want to say no to him, he ll give you more ideas.

after your work he would say good things, after sometime our work will be his,

he wud say i ve done modification(not even a , or . he wud ve done)

aftersometime it will be his creative idea. comedy fellow,

he doesnt know watever he s got is only a nut,

he should think of person who has better of things.

but all this you need to do free of charge.

its not bcos he wud give you all tht he s said, just bcos you cant no when someone asks..
